Penguins Indoor/Box Lacrosse
Indoor/Box starts in early November with two sessions running into February. Indoor runsd on Wednesday and Thursday Nights at Falcon (indoor) from 5:00 - 9:00 pm based on the grade. This league will use field rules with 7 on 7 with a field goalie. There will be 2 attack, 3 middies and 2 attack along with a goalie. Full equipment is needed and defense long poles can be used. The games will last 1 hour and the teams will be determined based on the number of registers users.
